Warranty ensures great safety for both your pocket and device. Below we have outline a list of in which warranty claims cannot be made:
Any liquid damages such as full immersion in water or any other liquids will lead to the cancellation of the warranty.
Damage caused by twisting or bending the phone.
If the user has repaired the device elsewhere while it is under warranty! the warranty will be canceled. If the device incurs further damage due to the repair. it is not the responsibility of CellsMate to repair it.
Display damages, such as water damage or broken screen resulting from a fall, are not covered under warranty.
Accidental damages to the phone, such as impact from objects or the phone being run over by a car or bike will void the entire warranty.
Excessive damage that has harmed the internal parts beyond the scope of the warranty will result in the cancellation of the warranty.
Batteries does not fall under the warranty coverage! Therefore any damage that occurs with the battery will not be covered under the warranty.
Phone warranty starts from the day of purchase. For example, if you purchase your phone on 01/04/2024 and receive it on 07/04/2024 the warranty starts from 01/04/2024 only.
Customers are also requested to back up their device before sending it for warranty claims. If data loss occurs during repairs, CellsMate is not responsible.
How To Claim Warranty?
If the above stated damages have not occurred to your phone! you can happily claim the warranty by simply sending us an email at warranty@cellsmate.in. Please provide details about the type of damage or the problem you are facing. Our executive will then check whether the phone is still under warranty or not.
